At Le Prince Noir, Michelin-starred chef Vivien Durand invites guests into a sensory and emotional journey, one that starts with taste but resonates far beyond the plate.
We were commissioned to create a unique musical identity to accompany this experience,  not just background music, but an atmosphere, a resonance, a subtle narrative that unfolds throughout the tasting menu, and above all one that reflects the chef's personality.

In our musical lab, we designed original playlists tailored to the chef’s vision: alive. Drawing from popular music, slow composition, bouncy textures, and minimal melodies, the playlist evolves like a dish, with contrast, surprise, and delicate balance.
Played during the entire tasting experience, the music becomes a companion, a discreet but present force that elevates time and sensation.
