We were commissioned to create a unique musical identity to accompany this experience — not just background music, but an atmosphere, a resonance, a subtle narrative unfolding throughout the day.

In our musical lab, we designed a comprehensive sound environment that evolves with the rhythm of the day: energizing melodies for breakfast, rock and funk favorites for the aperitif, and soft, comforting tunes for dinner and late-night drinks.
This curated soundscape enhances the dining experience, aligning with the chef's vision of hospitality that is both refined and heartfelt.
