At Baston, we wanted the music to sound like them: very raw, very generous, with character. As if you were dining in their home, in their living room.

At lunchtime, things really get going. It's one thing after another. People come to eat quickly, but well. Then the music sets the pace. Deep bass, steady pulse. Little Simz, Johan Papaconstantino, Marie Davidson... a groove to match the energy of the service.

On the contrary, in the evening, we take our time. We share, we remake the world.

We've been working on Baston's musical identity along these lines for over 4 years.
